Parents talk about PJECC - Palisades Jewish Early Childhood Center PJECC

This place was a true miracle for us. I had to return to work post baby, and happen to teach across the street. Imagine finding such a gem of an infant center AND still be able to nurse. The caretakers are loving and involved. They really listen to your needs and wants for your baby and go the extra mile to accommodate you. Since I myself am a teacher I can hold a critical eye to another school, but they pass the test with flying colors!

PJECC is not simply a school, but a loving and caring community. I recommend it because it is one of the few preschools that spends the majority of its time outdoors, encourages true creativity and has a flexible curriculum that takes into account the interests of the children themselves. The result is confident, developed, sociable and happy students!

Our toddler has been going to PJECC since January and we couldn’t be happier with our choice in preschool. The staff is so genuine and kind hearted. The daily activities ranging from soccer to arts and crafts to animal day are so fun and interactive. Our daughter can’t wait to go to school every day and especially fridays when she gets to make the Challah Bread! We have seen her abilities in interacting with other children improve exponentially in the last 6 months, we look forward to seeing her grow through the PJECC system and would recommend it to anyone it truly is a gem of an organization.

We just LOVE this center!!! The most important thing is that my son is happy there and loves to go to school every day. All the teachers, director, and staff are full of love, wisdom and deep understanding of child psychology, and kids absolutely feel it…. Additionally, they have great activities- photography, music, yoga, gardening, lego building etc. It’s really a great place to build and develop your child as a responsible and confident person!!
